Loop mobile DND service failure

Dear Sir/Madam,

This complaint is with regards to the useless sms am getting since last 20 days from loop mobile network. The sms text contains as "aaj hi call karein 55121 par aur apni DIL ki baat kijiye preety aur sweety ke sang."

Though I have activated for the dnd service (do no disturb) with loop mobile, am still receiving such sms. Also I have registered this complaint several times to the Customer care support and also once to the Nodal Officer, and I was been assured that my problem will be resolved in 7 days. But still am receiving these sms. It had reached to its heights when my mom saw this message and I felt really embarrassed. To be frank I really lost my peace of mind since the day am getting this messages.

I'll appreciate if you could take the necessary action on this and support me to get me out of this problem. I can give you the docket number of my complaint registered on 20th june with the loop mobile customer care, which is as: doc-C75083
