Wrongly charges calls

I have been using a pre paid number of loop mobile which is currently in international roaming, on saturday the 15th to the 17th of oct after recharge of 555 there were wrong deductions done where the balance was Rs.19/- where the incoming calls were not reeceived...

Today on 18th oct it was again recharged for Rs. 222/- which again the balance is showing as Rs.44/- where in no incoming or outing calls have been made just messages sent across

This is pure cheating and after repeated calls the call has just been kept on hold and disconnected and when enquired about call disconnection they say the system error.

This is rubbish and pure cheating the customer

Would be highly obliged if some action will be taken against this and money refunded
