Lumia 710 nokia
Egarding replacement of my product

I purchased lumia n 710 on 5-4 IMEI NO 359300041354326 from AM Mobile Telecom Pvt Ltd. Opp. Vastrapur Lake Ahmedabad. I have paid Rs 15, 500 cash for that which includes a nokia pouch too. Now my problem is that my product is not responding at times . sometimes the screen does not slide up at all.at times the calculator starts working by its own. I showed to the priority partner but he said that the device is in perfect shape. He took it from me and kept it with him for two days and worked on it. the day i got back my device and took it home suddenly i found that the photos stored in my mobile were as if in negative, the camera too did not work well as every time i took a snap i found the picture very hazy. Again i have given it to the vendor for its repair. he says that i have put a pressure on my mobile and have spoiled it. sir, do tell me how can i do it to my product. I am not at all satisfied with the way they answer. i want my product replacement as it is hardly 2 months that i have purchased it.
