Dear Sir,

This is to complaint that on 07.04. a SMS was sent to my Mobille No.983114163 that Friendz Chat service has been renewed, and renewal charges Rs.30 for 30 dqys,

without any previous agreement or my concent.

I also received same SMS in the month of March and Rs.30 was deducted from my account.

Pl.look into the matter and take immidiate step to stop this kind of malpractice, and pl.arrenge to credit Rs.60 (30 30) for the deduction of two months charges, in my Mobile
