Regardin Conversion to Postpaid To Prepaid

I am very disappointed regarding services of IDEA CELLUER. I want register my complaint in detail. I am using this services science last ten year as prepaid costumer. But three months back one IDEA executive contacted me regarding post paid connection and he motivated me to convert my no 9826044991 in post paid. I convinced regarding benefits of post paid. But after conversion I found that executive gave me wrong information and in the mean time I was not satisfied regarding billing. So I have decided to convert this no again in PREPAID. Than I contacted to MY IDEA at BHOPAL Add: Yoshodhara Complex, Near SBI Bank 10 No Market Phone No 07554249911. I submitted all documents and clear all dues on 20/10. I also submitted my postpaid SIM. But till date they are not able to start my no 9826044991. Now I am very much disappointed nobody is giving me Wright answer
