Prepaid connection not recharging

I have prepaid connection and my validity has been expired on 9th August. I am regularly recharge my mobile with 350 rs recharge card. I have never use any kind of scheme for me. From last 20 days I am trying to recharge but I am unable to do that. Even I can not do call to customer care service from my mobile, its being cut down when I do so. So after so many tries from outside local phone (I had spend lots of money for this), I got chance to customer care executive and I came to know that there is one scheme is activated on this number which I never requested. I requested to de-activate that scheme but after more than 15 days its not de-activated and I am still now unable to do recharge. So many times I went to airtale gallery, but most of the time their server is becomes down. I don’t know when will I would able to do recharge

Even so many times its happened that without my request, such kind of scheme had been activated on my mobile like hello tune, 5 state std scheme etc... etc, and amount had also deducted from my account which I never got refund. I don't understand how its happen when I never reply any sms for any kind of scheme but some scheme become activated. This is happening regularly and I am being frustrated now by this bloody stupid service of airtale. Nobody will believe that the amount had also deducted for incoming call. So many times I got massage after receiving calls that the last call was cost of such amount (these calls are local calls not in roaming area). The funniest thing is that, I just read that massage but can’t save. So there is no proof for this.

Finally I decided to do not use airtale and buying new connection of other service. But I would like to spread this massage to others and specially to the responsible person/department of airtale who believe that they are no 1 service provider in India…..
