BSNL Telephone is not Working

Dear Team,

Since Dec 12th we are been following with the BSNL Tarnaka and Nacharam office people regarding the noisy telephone. We even reached them inperson to the office and after repeated attempts by raising tickets the lan man closes the ticket without any rectification update from the customer.

We even tried reaching JE chandulal 9490141312 but not reachable. We request someone to take it forward this issue and resolve at the earliest.
