Higher charges imposed

I have requested you to give a SIM card which may useful to talk for visiting Australia from 18 to 24 March. There are discrepancies which are not satisfying me and need to revert charges at the earliest, bill is attached below.

1. I have made call strictly with my personal clock/wrist watch of every call with duration of 1 or 2 or 3 minutes and ended 5-8 seconds before 01 or 2 minutes but tariff calling meter started when first ring start till conversation ends. i.e. Phone of called party may ring for 20-30 second after it far site person lift his phone and conversation start when call charge timer should start till conversation ends but actually matrix cellular Internation Pvt ltd not cahrges so. I requested Higher official of matrix to deduct this ringing time in all calls and revert charges accordingly or caller measuring meter is faster than actual clock.
