Irresponsible officers

I am Sabu Varghes, living in Mullanikadu, Omalloor, Pathanamthitta Kerala.i had complained several times about my phone connection, which gets disconnected when a wind blows in my area

i am fed up with the bsnl connection and the staff here .i had applied for a broad band connection which i have never received.

the staff in kaipatoor pathanamthitta are very irresponsible and never at their office for assistance .they promised i will get the connection in a week and made me pay the bill, now they claim it impossible and it will take 8 months for refund of my money. The land line in my house is so unreliable as it comes and goes so often.
