Recharges Voucher balance cut

I am recharge successful on 17-04 at 10.19 PM. Talktime Rs.24.00 MRP Rs.30.00 TransID 98422199. On 17-04 balance show my mobile *123# = 24.63 and next day balance show 00.01 paise. On 17/04 - not to connect to call my phone any reason of not sufficient balance. Because of I am refiling Rs.30.00 for talk time Rs.24.00. I am complient on 18/04 Airtel Gallary, Andheri, JB Nagar/Chakala, executive said 24 house will get back refund but not refunded this amount. Please forwarded this complients and refund.
