Complaint for the number 9231992931, GPRS card Rs5 was inserted for using 50MB on 15-Apr, however on downloading only 2 songs of 18MB main balance deducted and negative amount of Rs89 reached.

The negative amount should be made positive as if any access is going beyond free limit or even exhausting main balance, the service should stop immediately refraining the user to hit such a huge negative balance.
