Charging amount laps within 4 days

D/Sir,

I charged my mobile for Rs. 149/- as SMS has been received that full talk time for Rs. 149/- scheme but the amount has been finished within 4 days even though I did not talk for this amount & service center personal told that this scheme was valid for 5 days only. Pl. inform me what is the scheme which charged the amount with out talk.
