Network coverage

I have IDEA mobile connection & I am facing frequent problem of call drop & network coverage from last 8 Months, every time i call IDEA Customer Care they gives me the feedback either the area i am staying is well connected or covered or they will rectify the same asap.

Everytime i call these guys, they are least bothered & do not care for the probelm. Today when i told them that i will take this matter to consumer court, they fearlessly said me to go to Consumer Court.

I have all the bills which can prove that the calls are dropped frequently & also the compalaints request numbers.

Now i request you to take serve action & grant me atleast good services.
