Deduction without consent

Sir,

My mobile number is 9470512335.

On 25/2, at 06:16 am I received a message saying, "Cricket BSNL Alerts is active. Rs. 30 per month" and this amount has been deducted from my account whereas I have never requested for any services. I tried to call customer care at 9400024365 to ask to deactivate and refund but I get only prerecorded advertisement.

Can the concerned authorities please refund the amount and make sure not to activate automatically any services in future.
