Unwanted CRBT service

My mobile no. is 96818 27460. For the last 2/3 months I have been noticing that Smart Reliance just sends one SMS and deducts Rs.30/- for CRBT service which I don't want at all. I sent a number of mails to Smart Customer Complaint in the internet. One day a customer service lady phoned me and promised to discontinue this service, but situation remained unchanged. Then one day I fired left and right the customer service but still the situation is the same. They go on deducting my hard-earned money on CRBT. Even today they deducted Rs.10/- as I did not have sufficient balance. Who has given them the authority to deduct such money without customer's permission. This should be stopped at any cost.
