Deduction from balnce against the unwanted services

My Mother having a Reliance Smart mobile number 07828102304 .

From the starting she was complaining that balance deducting without use. After talking with Smart customer care we got the information that 03 chargeable services are continue on the phone so that total Rs 90/- per month deduction going on from balance.

This is very common with Reliance and all other network providers. They deducting the balance by applying the other chargeable services without any request from customer and collecting the huge money from all customers. This is purely a cheating with public.

Please help me to get back the deducted amount on the above mobile number from last 04 months and give a notice to all mobile network companies that they will activate the extra chargeable services on the written request only. Through written request they will not cheat to any customer.
