Deducted amount

Dear Sir, Madam

My balance was deducted of Rs.20/- on 24/03 for dialer Tone, without activate the said services,

That time ignore it, and I had recharged on 05/04 of Rs.20/- and getting 16.03 balance, but today suddenly, my 10 Rupees was deducted. I really surprised that Rs.10/- was deducted for redio mirchi charges, I am not activate both services, but balance was deducted,
