Mobile Store - Idea SIM card
Service discontinue

I purchased a SIM card (# 9669284766) of IDEA before aprox 25 days, from Mobile Store (Orbit Mall, A.B.Road, Opp Uttam Bhog-Indore). At the time of purchasing all the reqired documents alongwith photograph submitted as per legal compliances. Within moments SIM card activated by store person and I recharge the same for aprox 100/- Rs.

From last 8 days SIM card's services discontinued and message receiving "services to this No. temporarily on hold". Got the information, documents yet not submitted to IDEA cellular co.

I am continue following up from 4 days twice in a day to 'Mobile Store' and found my documents laying with them and still not submitted from date of SIM purchasing. I am unnecessary in problem and store staff is giving me only promises from 31.03.2010 that SIM service is just going to start, but still no services as on 03.04.2010 at 10:40AM.
