Money unncessarily deducted by activating package without permission

I have Reliance GSM No. 8305487380. company deducted 59.00 Rs. without permission continuously for 2 months and not providing any details on inquiry. Its rediculus that when we are calling to customer care its chargeable and they are disconnecting phone without providing any information.
