Non Refund of my security

Sir,

I had taken the MTNL Garuda Connection with No-4054289 on 24/11 & their OB No. 5749 and later the No. changed to 20054289 & later changed to 20214289 for which I had deposited Rs.5000/- vide Draft No.372575 dt 17/11 as security vide MTNL Receipt No.128118 dt. 17/11 for which I have the original Receipt also. I through out the period I used this connection paid all the bills for which I have all the record. Now on 27/07 I had surrendered the Garuda Connection, with the assurance my security would be refunded to me in due course, but more than 6 months have passed nothing has been done. It is very difficult to have reply from MTNL management and also very difficult to know how I would get my security back.

I request you to kindly help me in this matter and get my hard earned Rs.5000/- from MTNL.
