REGARDING SERVICE OF PLAY TUNE

I am a subscriber of MTNL Dolphin post paid service of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam. I activated my play tune (caller tune recently). You must be aware that most of the mobile network producers play a casette before the play tune is heard. It goes like this ''Is gane ko copy karne ke liye star dabaye.. monthly 30 rupaye rental...". I forwarded my complaint several times to MTNL objecting to the casette played prior to my caller tune as I pay for the downloading of the song and the monthly rent for the said tune. Inspite of this the company advertises to different callers who call on my phone by using this casette before my play tune which takes about half a minute. This is highly objectionable and all the mobile service providers should be compelled to stop the same.
