Online recharge of TRUMP through netbanking

Evenafter so many requests for refund the excess amount deducted from my a/c till today no response from MTNL Mumbai. The details are given below for ur reference.)

Dear sir,

I, Mrs. Radha M. Nair have recharged my mobile no.9869934848, on 09/08 for Rs, 750 online. the amt. was not charged in my phone. Again I recharged on the same day for Rs.750/-. Nextday I received only one recharge of Rs.750/-. Both the recharged amt have deducted from my account. i hav complained the same to the call centre but tilltoday the amt. is not credited in my account. the OTC no. of both the transaction is attached here with

OTC 9821641 & 9822030 dt. 9/9.You r requested to kindly do the need ful.
