COMPLAIN AGAINST MTS FOR CHEATING

I am customer of MTS of mobile no. 09153212203. This is to inform you that this company had launched a life time power of rs 95/-. I had recharged it in this number last year for to be made life time validity i.e. 2018. But few days back a call of this company came in this number they told me that your validity expired so you have to recharge a power for validity. I had totally socked to know it and on that time I told them it’s not right because when I had recharged this you told me it will remain upto 2018 but they did refuse about it. I have totally disappointed by them for it. Sir I am telling you that it’s being totally wrong with me. So you are requested to please look into the matter and take necessary steps as soon as possible.
