DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION

I have taken a postpaid connection of MTS no. 96967577900 on 30 june. Due to some reasons i have to go to out of station. So i want to disconnect the connection but the MTS providers are not disconnecting my no. and saying that i can disconnect the no. only after the 3 months untill i can't disconnect the no. So please help me.
