Equest for migration of my number to blackberry phone

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using MTS for the past one year and I am having 12 connections in my name for my office use and we also have nearly 20 connections in the name of V.Rajagopal & co wherein my wife is a partner. Ok let it be. My grievance is that two months back I have asked for net connectivity on my mobile and I was told that the SIM must be OMH card and the same is issued to me even then I cound not able to connect to the net thro my phone and I was told that it will not work in some mobile and I have changed my mobile even then I can't able to get the net on my mobile. Now 10 days before I wsa told that the blacberry model provided by you will able to connect to the net. So ia have ordered for that and I got it on 21st January and i was told that my number will be migrated to that phone on moday ie. on 23rd of januanry 2012.(Actully I was told that it get activated with in an hour) That has not happend and I was asked to wait for one day and again I was asked to wait for a day and this is going till now as almost 10 days have passed. while I am enquiring with the dealer here for many times he said with frustraction "sir it will take time and I can't assure the date when it will happen and if you don't want to wait give back the instument". Do you feel that such kind of answer is good in the market? See the purpose for which I bought the phone is not materialised what is in it holding the phone with me? At this juncture what should I do shall i made a complaint to the TRAI or file a case in the consumer court?

This is the compliant made to the node officer of the MTS but they still not acted upon this
