ABOUT CONNECTION INTERRUPTION

I have purchased the mts datacard for unlimited plan of 999 after two days my connection is cut down due to no clear photogarph in my documentation, I have submitted my documents again.

again my connection is started for few hours and then again it is cut by them. Again I have submitted my documents in head office and then my datacard runs for only 15 days after 15 days it was agian cut down. They are saying that due to address verification came nagative.

What what si the problem i don't know sir please help
