They have activated some unnecessary VAS services on my prepaid number 91 9136550437 without my knowledge since last few recharges I've made to my number, my balance deducts automatically and due to this fear I cannot recharge my mobile phone. I have tried contacting 198 to log complaint however I was given wrong information to unsubscribe for this service which I never requested originally. Please do the needful to get this corrected. I am a very unhappy customer. Thanks & regards
