Suspension of services despite staying on this address for last 46 years

i had taken a MTS prepaid connection 9136111611 in october.

my services have been suspended for last one month since 24th december for REASON OF ADDRESS NOT EXISTING.

i have lodged innumerable complaints with the customer care at 155 and spoken to all their team leaders-PURNIMA, PRAKASH, SANDEEP ETC ETC but except dilly-dallying and lies, there has been no response.

i have written to their NODAL OFFICER AND APPELATE AUTHORITY as well but they have failed to respond or rectify the problem.

is this a mobile servive or a sham???

it is a matter of record that nobody had visited my residential premises in the last one month or eversince i had purchased this connection in october.

it is nothing but sheer harrassment, loss of valuable time and loss of work opportunity for a professional.

the TRAI does not list MTSINDIA on their website so one can't lodge a complaint online against them on TRAI's website.

is there a a way out??? I
