Exterme misguidance from CCEs for which monetary loses and time wastage occured

I am a subscriber of MTS India and recently I have activated and changed one caller tune from another. But both the caller tunes are being heard simultaneously in turn which I do not want in any way. So I called up The CCEs for help in order to deactivate the song which was previously activated. Time and again I called them up for help, because of the CCEs contradictary suggestions, I have to loose a fair amount of money. But nobody guided me in the right way and the problem is still persisting. Everything went in vain. I have lost hopes completely. I do not know where to go and whom to complain. Even I do not know the complaint which I am making over here will be entertained, if at all for the ends of justice.
