Gprs complaint

Dear sir,

i hereby state that i am unhappy with mts services from mts india. I am tired of calling customer care numbers but they do not satisfy. I wanted to activate gprs on my mobile but they say that u haw to buy new number for that. Why i will buy new. All facilities should be provided on older number only. Its just a way of earning more money and harassing customers. I humbly request to sort out this problem and make me satisfied by the network. My mobile number is 9214077729.
