SPEED ISSUE

I have purchased MTS MBlaze Data Card 3.1 Mbps Speed in MARTHAHALL, BANGALORE. KARNATAKA. The Issue is i am not able to get speed and even network signal strength is 20% to 40%. I went to MTS Customer center here in bangalore to discuss the issue but they are not ready to take even my complaint. I gave so many complaints to customercare regarding on this issue but there is no proper response from their side.

I am facing very much problem on this issue. Here i am mentioning my complaint details
