My name is Guruprasad, I brought a Mblaze data with a confirmation from the customer care of MTS that I will get a speed more than 500kbps (minimum guarantee speed of 500kbps) in Rs 999 plan. But I am unable to use in broadband mode. The maximum speed that I am getting is 40 to 100kbps in Hybrid and 1X mode, this is not fair. I want the resolution at the earliest or give my money back. MTS is the biggest cheating company. This is my 10th complaint.
