Speed Issue

I've following MTS for my speed issue since 1st week I bought the MTS Datacard MBlaze. but they are incapable to solve my speed problem. they dont even have courtsey to call me for the issue.

Every time they close the case without information & resolution. After checking with them, they open a new case for same issue.

MTS has a WORST Service I've ever found. Now realizing that Reliance (something is better than nothing) is better than MTS.
