MTS/MBLAZE
Internet not working properly

I am Shahnawaz Anwar, staying in Kolkata, West Bengal. I have internet connection of MTS MBLAZE Data card (my account no. is 9143988395) which is not working for last 15 days. I have contacted your customer care 3-4 times. I have been asked to sit in front of my computer with PC in ON condition. Then I was asked to do many changes like running cmd command, prefetch, cookies, switching off & turning on laptop as per guidelines over telephone given by your customer care executives. However, after doing all the above exercise, the problem is still in unsolved condition. My present complaint no. is MAY40672 dated 08/05 (you can check your records).

Plz do something ASAP..
