Outgoing Call Barred

Dear Sir/Mam

My complaint is regarding barred of outgoing call against my mobile number 9136501612. I made complaint on 18 March at customer care against complaint number Mar-5340 Mr Rishi the eecutive told me that recharge the number I recharge the number wit Rs. 50 but outgoing call still barred after again talk with Mr. Sunil, he said that I have to recharge with 200 Rs. But this type of information never told by Mr Rishi. And he given the time of 6 hours for open the barred calls on 19 March now today is 22 March my outgoing still barred. In today morning call at service center Mr Jagdeep was there and he also given the time of 6 hours.

The whole scenario has proved that how MTS Company Making Fool to Customers.

If any one of the staff have little bit of shame, must open my barring calls.
