I had registered my MTS number 9136012626 in DND registry on 04.12.2010 despite registered, daily I am facing the problem of unnecessary calls from service provider (call comes for caller tunes aprox. 10 time in a day) infect on 28.12.2010 these people set a caller tune without asking me and balance deducted from my main balance.

I called to customer care executive register an complaint regarding this vide a ref. no. 25286 on 28.12.2010 at 01:15. He say’s that your complaint will be shortout with in 24 hours, till now neither shortout my complaint nor return my balance amount which was deducted without my consent, no phone call comes regarding this complaint. And also I am facing this (calls for callertune) problem.

I know that DND will be activated within 45 days. Ok

Why this caller tune has been activated on my number without my consent.???

Why the action not been taken within 24 hours on my complaint.???
