Uninor gprs

I have recently ported my number from vodafone to uninor, i am the regular user for gprs in my mobile, but whenever i try to connect gprs in my phone through uninor it is saying "packet data authorisation failed", I called customer care many times. all are giving same answer. Delete settings. download the settings. Switch off and on. Not solved. Wasting our time. I don’t know why they are not taking this problem serious and try to correct it. please solve this issue asap.
