Non activation of cell phone no 9304461405

My phone had been lost on dt 10.03.2008 and I

lodged complain to your customercare office at Bhagalpur office M/s Mihir traders and agencies for deactivation after lodging an FIR at kotwali Bhgalpur. After then I had purchased new handset from your customercare office M/S Mihir traders and agencies on 29.03.2008.with supporting paper and I requested that my old telephone number be restored in my new hand set. On dt 07.04.2008 my old number had been restored but only incomming call facility started in my phone. NO out going call facility is available till today despite several remanders to your local customercare office M/S Mihir Traders and Agencies.
