Worst technical support

Nokia service Providers.

This is with regard to My N73 which had a slight application crash. Hence I walked in to Nokia service center CMH road B'lore on 21st aug.

While handing over my Cell had informed to take extra care as this is a gift.

after 1 week on 28th went to collect my cell.was handed back a fully scratched panel. Informed this is not my cell they at first denied.later after explaination they informed the panel broke while servicing hence replaced with another.

Met the manger and asked to replace it with new.after an hours argument they agreed.

Went next day.handed over my cell back asked them to check as I wanted my cell in good working condition.as Intially there was issue only with sending messages. While checking there was an error. Sim not registered.later it was working hence I paid for the service.

After 3 hours it again started with the same error message. I checked my SIM in other cells. It is working fine. But not in N73.

Would like to know Do i keep visiting the service center leaving my job. I'm very upset as the service took 1 week and they broke my cell.and now my whole sim is not working. I paid for what.

Is there any responsible person to answer to what has haapend to my cell. Did the technician took all the parts of my new cell and replaced some junk.

I would request the top athority to answer me as I cannot keep visting the service center and to get such worst service..

Now what is the resolution You can promise me. Will i get my cell in the same working condition.

Whom do I contact. My whole work has stopped as my cell is not working.

I 'm looking forward for an immediate positive for the senior manager.
