Ecieving misguiding messages from unknown numbe

I have been recieving message from a number (9941436099) for the past 1 month. The content of these messges are quite misguiding. I dont want any such messages to be recieved. I have contacted the customer care about the same but i was not satisfied with their response. In that case Can you please block this number or if this cannot be done, then i would like to disconnect my number.

And send me confirmation for this request on an early basis.
