My telephone number 02502400558 is not working properly for the last few days. detailed complaints are like, It gives lot of noise since 1 year, sometimes it will be dead, No ring sound, lot of complaints are being raised with bsnl servie reations officer& to cs care no 197 etc., but not yet solutions, this problems are going on from last 12-15 months, but bsnl officers are not helping us.

today my line is completely dead, i am not able to use it,

Req an urgent solution on it.
