Im MR.Bala Subrahmanyam Using Your Airtel Number 09908795168 Since Four Years. Recently I Changed My Plan To One Paise Offer By Recharging With RC 68 Rs.ie., For One Second One Paise Only..But My Plan diidnt Change and It Costs For One Rupee Even Though I Talked For A Few Seconds ie., 10, 4, 9, 20, .etc..Please Rectify My Complaint as early as Possible...
