Lank screen and software problems

The screens turns white suddenly and the phone stops woking and the music player wont work properly. this is not the 1st time this problem had occured to ma phone several times. got fed up going to the service centre and even they sent my phone even to the company for service. for maximum of 25 or 30 days the phone works properly and again the same problem and i purchased the phone in july. only in an year i went near the service centre for almost 6 times, the phone was rather in the service centre rather with me.. and aftr ma warranty i gave ma phn for repair out side and i spnt 1000's of rupees for this.. i need an answer for this. details of my phone
