Hello Sir/Mam,

I am one of Nokia's privileged phone users and proudly using its services from a long time without any complaints and problems.

However, a couple of months before I surprisingly met with a counterfeit experience regarding the purchase of the devices which I desperately want to share with you people as it would not only help to figure out the real culprit but also will help enhancing your customer' reliability and trust.

Me and my friend purchased Nokia 5130 music xpress from Gaffar Market, Delhi.

Since the shopkeeper was an authorized dealer there was no question of doubt regarding any credentials that time. This market is famous particularly for mobiles and gadgets. I was a bit scared about the perfomance of cell since I had heard that this market is notorious for high class frauds and hotchpotchs like accessories alteration etc. But as the rates were really very competitive I could not refrained myself to purchase it thereby.

When I used it I was really amazed as the battery was not performing the way it supposed to be. I thought there might be some technical flaw so I planned to visit Nokia care but unfortunately and accidentally my cell was theft by someone in Delhi Metro.

Since I like the phone's features so much I again purchased the same model, but this time from a Nokia showroom and that was what which helped me to clear my doubts against my past experience. I found not only the battery but the charger as well as the earphones were also faulty and not performing as per the standards. I guess there must be a high class fraud involved with all these and thereby causing confusion and mistrust among various Nokia users.

Now I am happy though I met with a loss but my friend is feeling cheated. Therefore, for the sake of my friend and the welfare of all Nokia subscribers and users I want you people to get indulge appropriately into this matter and help penalize the associated forgers so that the long chain of Nokia' trust and reliability is not vandalized.
