Warrantu problem

Dear sir,

we purchased nokia 5233 from a nokia store... but it is defected...

i have already marked a complain for it... the Nokia Indian team said that

someone will came or contact us... but nobody came up till now...

so, it is my humble request to you that do something and please help

me in this matter...
