Nokia - 5800 express music
Many features not working

I purchased Nokia 5800 on 5th Oct and now two of the Home Screen themes are not working. If I select the basic theme the Icons for the keypad and contact list is not working. If i switch to Shortcuts theme then the shortcuts are not displayed. The messages and pictures all of a sudden got erased twice by doing nothing. I lost 600 messages and 100 messages in the same way. Its still in warranty period but the shop where i purchased (Gautami Cellular) did not support for the same.
