Very Bad Customer Service

I as "Customer of Nokia" had to face very bad customer service. My Nokia 6233 suddenly started giving me problems it gets automatically restarted and started having booting problems. I went to Nokia Care Centre Aundh Pune to repair the phone they told me they have to reformat the phone and they will charge Rs 220 and kept phone with them and told me to come next day. The next day they told me to come next day they did this for 3 days then they told me that they cannot repair my phone and charged me Rs 55 without repairing the phone and told me to sign that I am satisfied and got my mobile is working. I told them how can I sign this because "I am not satisfied with Nokia Service" they told me at least you are getting your mobile back and made me to sign their receipt and they did not even told me any other centre where I can repair the mobile. Now other customers listen "I will think 100 times before buying Nokia mobile"
