Mob piece is faulty

I have purchased nokia c1 01 b4 three months. only it was good on the first day then the mob got switched of often and when i asked the place where i have purchased they said we will not replace the mob even if warranty persists. i have purchased it at " THE MOBILE STORE, POONAMALLEE ".

THE mob misfunctions always and never switches on til i remove and replace the battery. my mob is so slow and al my contacts get deleted often. there are lot more problems. i want my mob to get replaced and i am so dissatisfied with the dealers.
