Msg & fm

I bought nokia 5130 xpress music two months ago i.e. in november... since then its msg receving time is not doesn't appear correct whenever a msg comes... i showed to nokia service center but he made the problem worst not corrected it . he injected the problem in media player as well...

and its fm also make problem sometimes like shows station name automatically even i havn't named it anything...

nokia shud take needfull action against it and check it throughly via good service providers.
