Mobile turned off

I bought one nokia mobile on 25th februray... it turned off when i was talking and not getting on (on 19th march).just 25 days only i have used... and i gave it to nokia care cnter at parrys.they told me that we sent ur mobile to head office in delhi and we will give it to you after 10 days only, is it a possible reply from them...

what should i do?
